We will start the day leaving through the eastern mountains of Bogota, stopping at the church of Guadalupe, be holding probably the best viewpoint to the capital of Colombia. We will continue heading east, passing the Páramo of Matarredonda to find our spectacular starting point at 9000 feet above sea level.
We will start our adventure going downhill on a scenic off-road until we reach the town of Choachí. Once there, we will take some splendid Enduro single trails, leading us to the village of la Unión. We will cross narrow paths of lush green forests while descending into a much tropical and warm environment. Once we reach and pass the hanging bridge of La Union, we will advance to “Finca La Campesina” a self-sustained, coffee organic cropping hacienda. Here we will whiteness the entire Coffee process of this very well-known Colombian drink: from its seeds, the toasting process, to the freshly brewed cup we will enjoy together.
